General

I have a question about the facilities at one of the restaurants. To do this, go to the button restaurants and click on the restaurant of your choice. At the bottom of the restaurant page you will find the heading facilities, accessibility by public transport, by car, opening hours and a reference to the allergen map.

With which payment methods can I pay in the restaurants? In all the restaurants you are able to pay in cash, by debit card, VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express.

I would like to make a reservation for a group, is that possible? We're happy to welcom you for dinner with your compagny. This requires customization to meet your needs. We would like to inform you personally about the possibilities per location. If desired, you can put together a special menu for your company. Call or send an e-mail to the restaurant. On our wesbite under the button restaurants you will find the contact details of all restaurants. There is someone available every day from 3 p.m. to discuss the possibilities.

How can I change or cancel my reservation? The confirmation email you receive contains the text: » Click here to change the reservation. If you click on this you can cancel the reservation. If you want to make changes, please contact the restaurant by telephone.

Is there Wifi available in all restaurants? You can use it for free in all restaurants Wi-Fi. You can ask the employees for the network name and password to log in to it.

Where can I submit comments and complaints? You can make comments or complaints using the form above. You can also send an e-mail to the general e-mail address: info@gauchos.nl. We strive to give you a response as soon as possible.

I would like to book a table. How can I book a table? You can place a reservation on our website though the link www.gauchosgrill.nl/reserveren or call the restaurant. You can reach us daily form 15.00 p.m. Click on the button restaurants. A dropdown menu will pop up. Click on the restaurant of your choise and you will find the contact details there.

Can I book a specific table? Of course you can always tell us your preferences. But unfortunately we can not guarantee that we can also grant your request. However, you can assume that we will take your wishes into account as much as possible.

Is het vlees van Gauchos halal? Op de vraag of het vlees halal is, moeten we helaas aangeven dat dit niet het geval is. Daarnaast worden de visgerechten en gegrilde groenten bereid op dezelfde grill als al onze vleesgerechten. Dit betekent dat gasten die alleen halal bereide gerechten van de grill wensen te eten, niet bij Gauchos kunnen dineren. Als alternatief staat er een vegetarische pasta op de menukaart. Deze wordt apart in een pan bereid en komt niet in aanraking komt met vlees of vis. Hoewel dit gerecht momenteel op onze aanbevolen kaart staat, kunnen we garanderen dat het permanent beschikbaar zal zijn. We zullen onze menukaart echter blijven vernieuwen en eventuele wijzigingen tijdig aankondigen.
